Salary: $60,000 - $70,000+ DOE + Benefits

Business Systems Analyst – Retail Solutions Description

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Retail Solutions to add to their team in Harrisburg, PA. Working with a team of Business Analysts, you will be responsible for working on system deficiencies and working with IT management to identify and maintain sustainable solutions. Our client is looking for someone to take their skills as a business analyst and apply them to the retail sector. To be successful in the role, you must have a strong background in business analytics, be comfortable presenting to and advising leadership on data finds, and enjoy working cross-functionally. Business Systems Analyst – Retail Solutions Responsibilities

•    Work with business partners to implement and expand solutions
•    Perform quality assurance and testing to identify and report system deficiencies
•    Track work in the Systems Development Life Cycle
•    Perform Gap analysis to provide solutions to issues
•    Document all paperwork needed to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance 
•    Report inconsistencies and recommend solutions to leadership
•    Follow up on support tickets
•    Partner with team members to provide end users with training on system implementations

Business Systems Analyst – Retail Solutions Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    2+ years of Retail Business Analyst experience required
•    Advanced Microsoft Office experience required
•    Outstanding written and communication skills required
