Accountant (Manufacturing industry exp req, Up to $85K) Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a skilled Accountant to join their team on the west side of Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial modeling and possess a keen attention to detail. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. Accountant (Manufacturing industry exp req, Up to $85K) Responsibilities

• Gather and summarize global financial data for reporting
• Perform data consolidation for multiple intercompany entities
• Assist with international audits and tax filings
• Build reports and streamline processes
• Support corporate treasury functions
• Oversee accounting activities
• Conduct financial analysis for corporate divisions
• Prepare ad hoc reporting
• Provide support by stepping in for the Finance Supervisor as needed

Accountant (Manufacturing industry exp req, Up to $85K) Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience within the manufacturing industry required
• Experience with financial statements and analysis is required
• ERP experience required
