Associate Contracts Administrator (2+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Ensure timely and accurate contract approval and compliance
•    Manage communications with customers, including conflict resolution
•    Oversee the review of RFPs, contracts, and POs for terms and conditions
•    Draft sales agreements using company templates
•    Coordinate insurance requests and complete vendor form requests
•    Administer contract renewals and complete certifications
•    Develop and standardize responses for common queries
•    Gain product and market knowledge; research contract opportunities 

Associate Contracts Administrator (2+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications

•    2+ years of contracts administration and compliance support experience required
•    Experience reviewing contracts and bids for terms and conditions required
•    Legal background required
•    Contract management software experience required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
•    Valid passport or the ability to obtain after hire required
