Chem Lab Manager Description

Candidates should bring at least 5 years of experience in the chemistry field or a minimum of one year in electroplating. Chem Lab Manager Responsibilities

•    Manage daily lab activities to support production schedules
•    Ensure chemicals used for manufacturing are within specifications 
•    Maintain equipment, calibration, and safety standards
•    Supervise and mentor lab staff
•    Implement quality control and continuous improvement practices
•    Evaluate and optimize electroplating processes for efficiency
•    Support R&D initiatives and troubleshooting efforts
•    Monitor analytical results for accuracy 
•    Manage budgets, supplies, and vendor relations to support manufacturing
•    Maintain compliance with industry regulations  

Chem Lab Manager Qualifications

•    5+ years in the chemistry industry or 1+ years in electroplating experience required
•    Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field required 
•    Knowledgeable with laboratory management, safety, and quality control required 
•    Leadership experience required 
•    Ability to work onsite required
