Account Manager (Client-Facing exp req) Description

Our client, one of the largest Finance Associations in the country, is looking for an Account Manager to add to their team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be responsible for building solid relationships with customers and prospects selling both Software and association services. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding the customer base, focusing on both nurturing existing client relationships (50%-75%) and driving new business development (25%-50%). This includes answering incoming calls and emails as well as making outbound contact with both existing customers and prospects. Account Manager (Client-Facing exp req) Responsibilities

•    Contribute to the team and company culture
•    Build relationships with clients and prospects
•    Proactively manage client renewals and foster strong relationships with existing customers 
•    Develop new business, through engaging existing clients and reaching out to potential new ones
•    Conduct software demos, ensuring clients understand and value the products
•    Process web orders and manage CRM entries 
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to create outbound email/call campaigns
•    Contribute to daily team meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving company goals
•    Participate in ongoing sales training and strive for continuous personal and professional growth

Account Manager (Client-Facing exp req) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree required 
•    1+ years of Sales or Client-Facing experience required
•    CRM experience required
•    Intermediate Excel knowledge required
