Administrative Assistant Description

Our client in the flavors and fragrances industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team near White Plains, NY. Working closely with the General Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support, and leading office organization initiatives. In addition to general admin duties, you will assist the GM with logistics and inventory to ensure things go out on time. The successful candidate will be proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining an efficient and positive work environment. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage administrative staff and tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and company events
  • Maintain office supplies inventory

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding and record-keeping

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
