Compactor & Baler Technician (Waste & Recycling equipment exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage work orders from intake to completion
•    Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
•    Triage and dispatch technicians as needed
•    Communicate with vendors and clients via phone and email
•    Resolve customer complaints and expedite solutions
•    Update client systems with photos and notes
•    Ensure customer satisfaction 
•    Record call details and update accounts

Compactor & Baler Technician (Waste & Recycling equipment exp. req.) Qualifications

•    2+ years of experience with waste and recycling equipment required
•    2+ years of dispatching or technical support experience required
•    Troubleshooting experience required 
•    Knowledge of parts and equipment operations required
