Location: Roanoke, VA
Salary: up to $55,000 base + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE ~$80k)

B2B Sales Representative Description

Our client, a leader in commercial building services, is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to add to their team in Roanoke, VA. Reporting to the Owner, you'll prospect for new business (60%), nurture existing accounts (20%) and check-in on service delivery (20%). The ideal candidate is energetic, skilled at building relationships, and enjoys networking. B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities

•    Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers
•    Prospect for new business in territory (w/in 1 hour of Roanoke) by cold calling and networking
•    Manage existing accounts and relationships through service delivery
•    Quote jobs and create bids/estimates; follow up as necessary to secure the business
•    Travel to customer job sites 
•    Advise customers via phone and on-site 
•    Follow jobs through the entire sales cycle (anywhere from 1 week-1 year)
•    Meet and exceed sales goals 
•    Work cross-functionally with team to meet expectations
•    Participate in industry networking events and tradeshows 

B2B Sales Representative Qualifications

•    B2B sales experience required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
•    Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
•    Willingness/ability to visit customer-sites locally required (Company Car + Gas provided)
