Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base + Uncapped Commission (yr 1 OTE ~$80k)

B2B Sales Description

Jumpstart your sales career with an exciting opportunity as an Outside Salesperson in Roanoke, VA! Reporting to the Owner, you'll connect with clients, grow accounts, and make an impact. You'll spend 60% of your time prospecting new clients, 20% nurturing existing ones, and 20% checking in on service delivery. B2B Sales Responsibilities

•    Prospect new customer accounts in assigned territory (1 hour in all directions of Roanoke)
•    Manage customer accounts and relationships through job completion
•    Follow through on the entire sales cycle (varies: 1 week to a year-long with avg. deal being $10k)
•    Work cross-functionally with the team to meet expectations
•    Quote jobs and create bids/ estimates
•    Meet and exceed sales goals
•    Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
•    Advise customers on-site or during calls
•    Travel to customer job sites
•    Upsell customers wherever necessary for a complete job
•    Follow up with customers, nurturing as necessary to secure the deal

B2B Sales Qualifications

•    2+ years of B2B Sales experience required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
•    Ability to travel locally required (Company Car + Gas provided)
