Business Operations Manager Responsibilities

•    Streamline and oversee business operations
•    Handle employee relations and promote a positive work environment
•    Maintain employee records
•    Address customer concerns 
•    Oversee company compliance, policies, and procedures
•    Provide high-level administrative support to executives
•    Foster positive employee relations and engagement
•    Prepare reports and documentation for executive review 
•    Build and implement employee recognition and rewards programs
•    Partner cross-functionally to create and administer talent assessments and PIPs
•    Facilitate training programs for staff development

Business Operations Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of business operations experience required 
•    Commercial or residential services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) experience required 
•    Strong background in employee relations required 
•    Must be willing to work onsite
