[REMOTE] Performance Marketing Associate (Google Ads exp req) Responsibilities

•    Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
•    Monitor budgets and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
•    Set up new campaigns and accounts as needed
•    Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies
•    Analyze performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement
•    Assist in coordinating creative assets and campaign needs
