Salary: $200,000 - $500,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (seven figure earnings potential)

Sales Executive- Biorepository Services Description

Our client, a recognized leader in biorepository services, is seeking a Sales Executive to expand their commercial footprint in the life sciences sector. This is a rare opportunity to define and capture a largely untapped market alongside C-suite leadership. You will shape go-to-market strategies, open new verticals, and build scalable revenue channels for a company delivering comprehensive biorepository services — including biospecimen collection, processing, storage, tracking, and distribution — to pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations. We are seeking a hands-on, strategic sales leader with a strong, established book of business specifically in biorepository services. The ideal candidate is a trusted relationship builder, proven closer, and strategic thinker who can drive new growth while mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Sales Executive- Biorepository Services Responsibilities

•    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets
•    Serve as a senior individual contributor focused on strategic enterprise accounts
•    Develop and execute territory and vertical-specific sales strategies
•    Represent services to pharmaceutical, biotech, university, diagnostic, and government customers
•    Collaborate with the executive team to refine go-to-market planning and growth goals
•    Build and manage a sales pipeline 
•    Develop compelling proposals and manage full RFP cycles
•    Provide outstanding service during the pre-sales and post-sales process
•    Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities within your existing network
•    Monitor, report, and forecast team performance and key KPIs regularly
•    Promote a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture

Sales Executive- Biorepository Services Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    Proven, well-developed book of business selling biorepository services (collection, processing, storage, tracking, distribution) required
•    10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role required 
•    Experience selling directly to pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and research organizations required
•    Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and closing complex, high-value deals required
