General Manager (Automated Distribution Center exp req) Responsibilities

•    Oversee daily DC operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards
•    Manage automated systems (conveyance, sortation, WMS) effectively
•    Develop and lead a high-performing team of 5-6 direct reports
•    Balance operational KPIs with workforce engagement and communication
•    Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on business demands
•    Manage and forecast budgets, controlling operating expenses
•    Proactively address workforce concerns and maintain positive employee relations
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to support inventory flow objectives
•    Drive continuous improvements in productivity and inventory accuracy
•    Provide effective leadership during rapid team expansion

•    7+ years of distribution center operations management experience required
•    4+ years of experience in automated distribution center environments required
•    Strong proficiency with sophisticated WMS systems required
