Territory Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Description

Our client in the facility services industry is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join their Miami team. In this role, you will drive new business of premium facility maintenance, janitorial, and construction cleaning services to high-value commercial clients across South Florida by targeting facility managers, operations leaders, property managers, general contractors, and decision-makers in large commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates will be proven hunters who thrive in field-based sales roles, and enjoy building genuine client relationships to close recurring service contracts in verticals such as Class A office buildings, construction sites, dealerships, and medical facilities. To succeed, you must be a self-starter with a hunter mentality—adept at building relationships, identifying and closing new business, and lead generation. Territory Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Responsibilities

•    Identify sales opportunities within Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach territories
•    Develop a personal pipeline of facility services accounts
•    Perform cold and warm calls to identify sales opportunities  
•    Develop a networking strategy to generate sales opportunities
•    Draft proposals and pricing for prospected clients 
•    Nurture relationships with property managers and general contractors
•    Collaborate with operations for seamless service onboarding and delivery
•    Track and report performance metrics using CRM tools
•    Work cross-functionally with the team to share ideas/ new opportunities

Territory Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of B2B Sales experience required
•    Business Development (hunting/prospecting) experience required
•    CRM experience required
•    Personal vehicle with clean driving record required
