Account Executive (Facility Services exp req) Description
Our client in the facility services industry is seeking an Account Executive to join their Miami team. In this role, you will drive B2B sales of premium facility maintenance services, janitorial, and post-construction cleaning to high-value clients across South Florida. You’ll leverage your deep industry knowledge to identify and close recurring service contracts in verticals such as Class A office buildings, post-construction sites, auto dealerships, and medical facilities. To succeed, you must be a self-starter with a hunter mentality—adept at building relationships with property managers and general contractors and hitting aggressive monthly KPIs for gross profit and lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain autonomy, rapidly grow your pipeline, and sell to some of Miami’s most iconic luxury properties.
Account Executive (Facility Services exp req) Responsibilities
• Identify sales opportunities within Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach territories
• Develop a personal pipeline of facility services accounts
• Perform cold and warm calls to identify sales opportunities
• Develop a networking strategy to generate sales opportunities
• Draft proposals and pricing for prospected clients
• Nurture relationships with property managers and general contractors
• Collaborate with operations for seamless service onboarding and delivery
• Track and report performance metrics using CRM tools
• Work cross-functionally with team to share ideas/ new opportunities
Account Executive (Facility Services exp req) Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B Sales experience required
• 2+ years of facility services, janitorial, or post-construction cleaning experience required
• CRM experience required
• Personal vehicle with clean driving record required (fuel reimbursement)
