Our client in the wholesale fashion and apparel industry seeks a passionate Fashion Account Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will manage existing wholesale accounts while contributing to revenue growth through relationship building and excellent customer service excellence. You will be the main point of contact for key retail partners, ensuring all orders, inventory questions, and service needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. Ideal candidates will have a background in Customer Service or Account Management in the B2B fashion/apparel space. Fashion Account Manager (B2B Wholesale Apparel Sales exp req) Responsibilities

•    Manage wholesale accounts and ensure excellent service and support
•    Handle order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
•    Communicate product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
•    Maintain up-to-date records of client activity and communications
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
•    Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
•    Support seasonal product presentations and line reviews
•    Coordinate samples and marketing materials as needed

•    2+ years of Fashion Account Management or Customer Service experience required
•    1+ years of B2B wholesale experience required
•    Familiarity with CRM software and basic Excel skills required
