Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + up to 15% Bi-Annual Bonuses (OTE = $120k-$156k) + Employee Stock

Sales Manager (Manufacturing Sales exp req) Description
Our client, a global leader in custom manufacturing, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of Sales Engineers, manage strategic initiatives, and directly handle some key accounts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future and market direction. This position blends team leadership (75%) with hands-on selling (25%) as you build long-term partnerships, oversee quoting strategies, and drive performance in a highly collaborative environment.
Ideal candidates will have excellent leadership skills and experience in B2B Manufacturing sales.. To be successful in this role you must be a confident, polished leader with a proactive mindset and deep understanding of manufacturing sales. Sales Manager (Manufacturing Sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Lead and coach a team of 4 Sales Engineers to meet performance goals
• Assist team members with client communications and project planning
• Handle larger customer conversations and resolve escalations
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic sales plan
• Track industry trends and align goals with company vision
• Support lead generation and prospect new OEM accounts
• Foster current client relationships to expand account potential
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align efforts
• Prepare performance metrics and sales forecasts for leadership
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Sales Manager (Manufacturing Sales exp req) Qualifications
• 4+ years of B2B manufacturing sales experience required
• 2+ years of Sales leadership or management experience required
• CRM system proficiency required
