Territory Sales Executive, Commercial Systems Integrator Description

Our client, a commercial systems integrator, is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to lead sales and business development efforts in their biggest market in Columbia, SC and surrounding cities in SC and GA. In this role, you will spend much of your time meeting with clients in the field while having flexibility to work from home as needed. You'll represent the client’s full technology portfolio — including AV, CCTV, food service and ordering systems, cabling, and managed IT services — with a strategic focus on building recurring revenue streams. This is a new position for the company, with most of the business coming from referrals and inbound requests; therefore, this is an ideal opportunity for a B2B sales professional who is excited to grow an untapped territory and sell solutions into QSR, retail, construction/facility management and healthcare sectors for a company with an excellent reputation and unwavering commitment to serving their customers.

Territory Sales Executive, Commercial Systems Integrator Responsibilities

•    Prospect and close new accounts across QSR, retail, healthcare, and GCs
•    Build and expand client relationships focused on long-term contracts
•    Sell full portfolio: AV, security, cabling, IT services, digital signage, intercom systems
•    Educate clients on managed services and support agreement value
•    Manage proposals with support from engineering and estimating teams
•    Track pipeline and activity within CRM
•    Achieve monthly revenue and recurring contract targets
•    Stay informed on territory rights and brand exclusivity

Territory Sales Executive, Commercial Systems Integrator Qualifications

•    5+ years of B2B sales experience required
•    Experience with full-cycle sales (prospecting to closing) required
•    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
•    Willingness to travel as needed within South Carolina and Georgia required
