Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 Base + up to 50% performance bonus (1st Yr OTE: $165k–$188k)

Sales Operations Director (Wide-format Print Industry exp req) Description

Our client, a leader in Wide-Format Print Graphics for Fleets and Retail, is looking for a Sales Operations Director to drive sales & operations performance and process efficiency in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this role, you will oversee the sales & operations strategies for the company, ensuring the team meets revenue goals through strong pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization. You will work closely with the sales team of 6 reps to refine sales strategies, track key performance metrics, and implement best practices to drive results. In addition to that, you will also oversee the shop production team. With a focus on mentorship, team development, and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that sales efforts align with overall business objectives. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will have the opportunity to shape sales strategies, optimize operations, and directly contribute to company growth while working in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Sales Operations Director (Wide-format Print Industry exp req) Responsibilities

•    Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficiency and process optimization
•    Monitor sales team performance and track key performance indicators
•    Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
•    Manage forecasting, revenue projections, and pricing strategies
•    Support sales reps with training, mentorship, and goal setting
•    Ensure timely and effective customer service and order fulfillment
•    Lead the shop production team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
•    Maintain strong communication with leadership on sales performance
•    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    8+ years of sales & operations experience required
•    4+ years of Wide-format Print Graphics Industry experience required
•    4+ years of management (with at least 8 direct reports) experience required
•    P&L management and sales forecasting experience required
