E-Commerce Manager (5+ yrs B2C/D2C E-Commerce exp. req.) Description

Our client in the luxury retail industry is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead their online retail operations near Manhasset, NY.  In this new role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing marketing activities in-house from a 3rd party agency; you will oversee the digital storefront, optimize website performance, manage inventory, and drive traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2C/D2C e-commerce, particularly in the luxury retail sector, and is skilled in analytics, website optimization, UI/UX, and email marketing. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a high-end online brand while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

E-Commerce Manager (5+ yrs B2C/D2C E-Commerce exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Oversee e-commerce platform operations, ensuring a seamless user experience
•    Enhance site performance, UX, and conversions using data-driven strategies
•    Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions to drive engagement and sales
•    Develop and execute SEO, paid ads, email marketing campaigns, and other growth strategies
•    Improve customer journey with personalization, support, and checkout efficiency
•    Collaborate with operations to manage inventory and order fulfillment
•    Track sales, traffic, and conversions to optimize performance
•    Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and marketplaces to increase exposure and drive sales

E-Commerce Manager (5+ yrs B2C/D2C E-Commerce exp. req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of B2C/D2C e-commerce management experience required
•    5+ years of leading digital marketing strategies and initiatives experience required
•    Experience with SEO, PPC, and email marketing platforms required
•    Website optimization and best practices (UI/UX, conversion rate optimization) experience required
•    Proficiency in Shopify required
•    Strong analytical skills and usage of analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics) required
