Commissions Analyst (Excel exp. req.) Description
Our client is looking for a Commissions Analyst to add to their team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for processing clean commission statements while building and enhancing the financial processes and control structure of the company. Ideal candidates will have experience in a finance, accounting, or math-heavy role with expert-level Excel skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and identify data inconsistencies while working in a deadline-driven environment. Commissions Analyst (Excel exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Access, clean, and process commission statements
• Post on-time and accurate commission payments
• Work with internal and external teams to research commission inquiries
• Utilize multiple internal systems to build, update, and maintain accounts
• Reconcile internal data with external sources
• Identify data inconsistencies
• Create ad-hoc reports in Excel
• Bring your adorable pet to work with you
Commissions Analyst (Excel exp. req.) Qualification
• 3+ years of experience in a commissions processing, financial analysis, or mathematics-focused role required
• Advanced Excel proficiency required (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation experience required
• Must be willing to work onsite
