LTL Account Manager Description
Our client in the transportation and logistics industry is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 10 primary accounts and 20-30 transactional accounts, leveraging your upselling and cross-selling skills to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. You will analyze data to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with at least four years of account management experience in the supply chain/logistics industry. LTL Account Manager Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
