Location: Must reside in the United States - Remote 
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $160,000+) 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Holidays, PTO (vacation + sick days)

Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Travel: 10-15% for company meetings

Business Development Representative – Private Equity (F&A solutions) Description

Our client, a leader in outsourced finance and technology solutions, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team. This is a high-activity hunting role, focused on developing prospecting skills and building relationships within the private equity space. You will research and engage with Operating Partners and Managing Directors, generating leads and setting up meetings with key decision-makers for senior sales executives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge, develop high-level sales skills, and grow within the private equity ecosystem.

Business Development Representative – Private Equity (F&A solutions) Responsibilities

•    Conduct research on target private equity firms and portfolio companies
•    Make 50-70 outbound calls and emails per day to engage potential clients
•    Secure and coordinate meetings for senior sales team members
•    Build and maintain accurate prospecting data in the CRM system
•    Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings
•    Develop and refine outreach scripts and email campaigns
•    Track industry trends and refine prospecting strategies accordingly
•    Shadow senior team members on client calls and meetings

Business Development Representative – Private Equity (F&A solutions) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required
•    1+ years of sales or business development experience required
•    Experience in private equity, financial services, or consulting experience required
•    Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite required
•    High energy, persistence, and a strong interest in private equity required
