IT Manager Responsibilities
• Support operational planning; encourage innovation and coordinate resource allocation
• Manage IT department budget and cost management; supervise and develop IT staff of 6
• Assist with IT department budget and expenses; supervise and develop IT staff of 6
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and support of all IT systems and equipment
• Ensure high performance and availability of critical IT systems through proactive measures
• Oversee end-user services, including help desk and technical support
• Develop training programs to maximize effective use of IT systems
• Manage, troubleshoot & implement large-scale IP networks
• Develop and implement architecture, security, and disaster recovery policies and procedures
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for high-quality service delivery
• Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment
• Ensure proper inventory, lifecycle management, and cost-effective procurement
• Foster a collaborative environment with coaching and development opportunities
IT Manager Qualifications
• 3+ years’ managing & troubleshooting IP networks experience required
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 / Azure Administration experience required
• Experience with on-premise server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy required
• Schedule flexibility required; ability to work nights & weekends + rotate being on-call
