Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of success in the DEF, fuel, or oil/lubricant industries. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, combined with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Area Business Manager (DEF, Fuel, Oil, or Lube Sales Exp. Req.) REMOTE Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue potential new customers to expand market share
• Sell products to distributors and end users
• Build relationships through regular engagements, face-to-face meetings, & cold calling
• Plan and organize your weekly schedule for customer visits
• Research market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues efficiently
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Develop and nurture professional networks
• Create and manage sales presentations tailored to customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• 5+ years of outside sales experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in the DEF, oil & lubricant, or fuel industries required
• Proven ability to generate leads & grow sales is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills is required
• Willingness to travel regularly within the state of California for customer visits is required
