Location Manager (Grain Handling exp req) Description
Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Location Manager to oversee Grain Elevator operations at their Clinton, WI facility. In this role, you will be at the heart of agricultural logistics, managing grain receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will supervise and develop a dedicated team, ensure equipment is operating efficiently, and implement innovative solutions to optimize operations.

Location Manager (Grain Handling exp req) Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, including grain handling and shipping logistics
• Manage and train a team of elevator employees, including seasonal staff
• Maintain and repair grain handling equipment and rolling stock
• Implement and enforce OSHA and state safety standards
• Schedule and monitor federal grain inspections and fumigation procedures
• Ensure facility cleanliness and adherence to housekeeping standards
• Approve invoices and oversee credit card spending
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues as needed
Location Manager (Grain Handling exp req) Qualifications
• 2+ years of grain elevator operations experience required
• 1+ years of leadership experience required
• General Grain-handling equipment & systems experience required
• Proficiency using MS Office for basic tasks required
• Valid driver’s license required
