Salary: $55,000- $65,000 + Bonus (1st yr. OTE: $70K+) + Profit Sharing

IT Support/Help Desk Specialist (Office 365 exp. req.) Description

Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for an IT Support Specialist to add to their team in Philadelphia, PA.  You will provide infrastructure technical support to external clients while working closely with the leadership team to troubleshoot and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small, team-oriented environment, have at least two years of related experience, and have strong knowledge of Windows 10 support skills. IT Support/Help Desk Specialist (Office 365 exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Interface and provide client support 
•    Bench and configure machines (desktops, servers, networking equipment)
•    Provide user on-boarding and off-boarding
•    Perform onsite new client on-boardings
•    Interface with vendors for hardware failures
•    Perform onsite hardware installations
•    Troubleshoot hardware issues
•    Participate in On Call Rotation for After Hours
•    Help address client needs and ensure satisfaction is met 
•    Keep documentation current

IT Support/Help Desk Specialist (Office 365 exp. req.) Qualifications

•    2+ years of client-facing network support or help desk support experience required
•    Proficiency with Windows 10 desktop required 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required 
•    General hardware knowledge required (switches, routers, firewalls, printers)
