Regional VP Premier – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Description
Our client, a leader in revenue orchestration software, is seeking a Regional VP Premier of Mid-Market Sales to lead sales across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Based out of the London office, this role oversees both full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executives and Commercial Client Account Executives. The Mid-Market team focuses on net-new logo acquisition, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities, while the Commercial Client team drives upsell and cross-sell within an existing commercial customer base. Many customer interactions are conducted virtually, though occasional travel is required. You will work cross-functionally to align global sales strategy, scale team performance, and meet aggressive revenue targets for a premium SaaS offering. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic leader with a proven track record in SaaS sales and a passion for developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Regional VP Premier – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Responsibilities
• Lead team of Mid-Market Account Executives & Commercial Client AEs to achieve revenue goals
• Drive new business acquisition, expansion, cross-sell, and upsell within the EMEA territory
• Scale the sales team & drive development through coaching, training, and mentorship
• Support virtual customer meetings and engagement across multiple markets
• Partner cross-functionally to align sales strategy, improve execution, and drive growth
• Develop and maintain a scalable sales playbook to guide team performance
• Oversee pipeline development, sales forecasting, and reporting processes
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue and KPI goals
• Lead strategic planning, growth initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a senior sales leader within the London office, helping shape local team culture
• Maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
Regional VP Premier – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Qualifications
• 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including mid-market, is required
• Proven experience across diverse SaaS customer segments, including B2B tech is required
• Work experience in both a high growth small company & a large company is required
• Expertise in motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and achieving revenue targets is required
• Experience leveraging CRM & AI tools to drive sales performance is required
• Ability to work 2-3 days per week from the London office is required
