Our client, a leader in revenue orchestration software, is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives across the Eastern United States. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role focused on driving new logo acquisition, developing enterprise account strategies, and expanding into strategic multi-product SaaS opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to meet aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, execution-focused sales leader with proven success leading enterprise SaaS teams through complex, consultative sales cycles. Regional VP – Enterprise SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue goals
•    Provide direct coaching, strategy support, and mentorship through complex sales cycles
•    Provide hands-on support for new logo acquisition and cross-sell opportunities
•    Assist Account Executives with deal strategy and closing support
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategy, execution, and process improvements
•    Build and continuously refine enterprise account playbooks and go-to-market strategies
•    Provide guidance through complex and evangelical sales cycles 
•    Guide the team in developing Executive Points of View and tailored outreach plans
•    Lead forecast accuracy and pipeline health reviews, ensuring consistent deal progression
•    Champion productivity initiatives through enablement, innovation, and process improvements
•    Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives across departments
•    Ownership for meeting budgeted revenue and KPI targets
•    Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, ownership, and customer value delivery
•    Represent the team internally and externally as a trusted, results-driven sales leader

Regional VP – Enterprise SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts, is required
•    Proven experience across diverse SaaS customer segments, including B2B tech is required
•    Work experience in both a high growth small company & a large company is required 
•    Proven success leading teams in complex, multi-product/platform SaaS environments required
•    Expertise in motivating and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue targets is required
•    Deep knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven enablement platforms is required
