Regional VP – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Description

Our client, a leader in revenue orchestration software, is seeking a Regional VP of Mid-Market Sales to lead a high-performing sales team across the Central United States. In this role, you will drive new net growth and cross-selling initiatives for a premium SaaS offering, while scaling a team of Account Executives in the mid-market segment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align strategy, increase productivity, and meet ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic sales leader with proven success in SaaS environments, particularly in mid-market B2B tech—who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader with deep SaaS experience and a passion for team development.

Regional VP – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage and scale a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to achieve revenue goals
•    Drive team development through coaching, training, and mentorship
•    Provide hands-on support for new logo acquisition and cross-sell opportunities
•    Assist Account Executives with deal strategy and closing support
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategy, execution, and process improvements
•    Create and refine a scalable sales playbook to guide team execution
•    Provide guidance through complex and evangelical sales cycles 
•    Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to optimize results
•    Ownership for meeting budgeted revenue and KPI targets
•    Lead pipeline development and forecasting activities
•    Identify tools and techniques to increase team productivity and efficiency
•    Represent the sales team in strategic planning and growth initiatives
•    Maintain high standards of performance, accountability, and results across the team

Regional VP – Mid Market SaaS Sales (5+ Years Leadership Req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including mid-market, is required
•    Proven experience across diverse SaaS customer segments, including B2B tech is required
•    Experience working in both a high growth startup & a large corporate environment is required
•    Expertise in motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and achieving revenue targets is required
•    Experience leveraging CRM & AI tools to drive sales performance is required
