They are seeking an Account Manager for their US Market. You will focus on nurturing existing accounts (70%) while actively pursuing new business opportunities (30%) to drive market growth. The ideal candidate will have consultative industrial sales experience and possess the mechanical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams. Experience related to die casting of metal parts, steel galvanizing, aluminum, or other alloys is preferred, but not required. To excel in this position, you will need a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. Account Manager (Industrial Sales Req. / Metal or Die Casting Exp. a PLUS) – REMOTE Responsibilities
• Strategically develop relationships & support accounts in your assigned territory
• Combine technical and commercial acumen to expand market share
• Drive sales growth across diverse industries
• Coordinate sales meetings and visit 8+ customers per month
• Utilize a consultative approach to understanding customer needs, pain points, and service gaps
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate orders to meet company targets
• Create a sales plan for your assigned territory
• Establish effective sales pricing policies with support from the Sales Manager
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Marketing, & Technology teams
• Address customer issues with support from technical and quality teams
• Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities
Account Manager (Industrial Sales Req. / Metal or Die Casting Exp. a PLUS) – REMOTE Qualifications
• 3+ years of technical industrial sales experience is required
• Experience related to metal die casting, steel galvanizing, aluminum, or other alloys is preferred
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to support customer needs is required
• A proven track record of growing sales through hunting and relationship development is required
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week to visit customers + infrequent international travel is required
