In this role, you will focus on new product applications and new markets across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a track record of growing territories through relationship building and developing commercial strategies to deliver B2B solutions. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to a wide variety of environments and cultures. Business Developer – North America (Steel Industry Exp. Req.) - REMOTE Responsibilities

•    Expand market share with strategic new accounts in assigned territory
•    Drive sales growth in the steel, aerospace, and defense sectors
•    Coordinate sales meetings and visit 5+ customers per month
•    Utilize a consultative approach to understanding customer needs, pain points, and service gaps
•    Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Marketing, & Technology teams
•    Maximize profits by leveraging pricing and volume opportunities 
•    Maintain and grow existing customer relationships 
•    Focus primarily on North America, with support for South America on a case-by-case basis
•    Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Business Developer – North America (Steel Industry Exp. Req.) – REMOTE Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree is required
•    5+ years of technical B2B sales experience, including the steel industry, is required
•    Industrial experience related to metal heat treatment, galvanization, or metallurgy is required
•    Experience partnering with engineering teams to support customer needs is required
•    Proven track record of growing sales through hunting and relationship development is required
•    Ability to attend a 2-week new hire training in France + 1 additional trip per year is required
