Boutique Assistant Manager (fashion/retail/or customer service exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking to add a new Assistant Manager to their high-end boutique in Charlestown, RI. Working closely with the boutique owner, you will support daily store operations including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising. You will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring sales associates (3), and creating a memorable experience for each guest who walks through their doors. Boutique Assistant Manager (fashion/retail/or customer service exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Assist the boutique owner with daily operations
•    Support, train, and motivate associates (3) to meet sales goals
•    Lead by example on the floor to ensure an exceptional buying experience
•    Offer styling advice to customers and build long-lasting relationships
•    Understand customer needs and pursue individual sales opportunities 
•    Help maintain visually appealing merchandise displays 
•    Assist with inventory management and accurate stock counts
•    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
•    Implement sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance
•    Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
•    Expand brand awareness and strategize ways to expand visibility

•    Desire to transition into leadership within a high-end retail boutique required 
•    Passion for styling and fashion with exceptional people skills required 
•    Able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) required
