Digital Marketing Project Manager Description

Our client, a growing digital strategy agency, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team of approximately 35 based in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects—ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will collaborate with account managers, developers, and designers to translate client needs into actionable project plans while balancing multiple campaigns and websites at once. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented and proactive, but also comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and structure is lean. Digital Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities

•    Manage multiple digital projects (~4-10) from kickoff through delivery
•    Translate client requests into detailed, actionable tasks
•    Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
•    Identify scope changes and initiate change orders when needed
•    Troubleshoot project or developer issues and escalate appropriately
•    Maintain organized project documentation and updates
•    Monitor and optimize project performance
•    Collaborate with account teams and technical specialists

Digital Marketing Project Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of managing projects or client campaigns required  
•    Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, or digital tools required
•    Experience managing multiple (4+) projects or campaigns simultaneously required 
•    Must be local to the St. Louis metro area
