[HYBRID] Sales Support/Customer Service Representative (order entry exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their Customer Service Team (6 on CS team; 30 company-wide) in Tinley Park. Within the last five years, they’ve experienced double-digit growth and are looking to add another team member to support their continued expansion. In this role, you will spend about 70% of your time on order management with the balance of your day on customer support. They are looking for candidates who have experience with both pre-sales (quoting, order-entry, etc.) and post-sales support within a manufacturing or distribution company. [HYBRID] Sales Support/Customer Service Representative (order entry exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Correspond with clients by phone and email 
•    Build and nurture strong relationships with customers 
•    Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and products 
•    Provide quotes and pricing as needed to customers 
•    Enter orders and ensure all data is accurate 
•    Identify orders that cannot be processed and work to find a resolution 
•    Collaborate with sales teams and outside manufacturing reps 
•    Check the status of shipments and communicate updates  
•    Keep management apprised of any order issues 
•    Provide an overall great customer experience 

[HYBRID] Sales Support/Customer Service Representative (order entry exp. req.) Qualifications  

•    Order entry & ERP experience required 
•    Customer service background within manufacturing or distribution required 
•    Well-versed in providing pre-sales and post-sales support required
•    Able to work onsite in Tinley Park 3 days/week 

Important Note: This role offers WFH flexibility 2 days each week. Days will fluctuate depending on business needs.
