Salary: $100,000 base + Commission + Benefits

Senior Sales Executive, Databricks (cloud-based data solutions exp. req.) Description
Our client, a growing data consulting firm and Databricks partner, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their remote US team. In this role, you will own business development efforts in the US, working with Databricks partner teams, identifying and closing clients, and expanding Databricks use cases within existing accounts in healthcare/life sciences, retail and financial services. You will act as the primary relationship builder until technical teams are engaged. Candidates should be self-driven, experienced in selling cloud-based data solutions, and comfortable navigating GTM strategies with data partners. This is an opportunity to shape the firm’s US expansion, work alongside respected Databricks industry leaders, and deliver cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries.
Senior Sales Executive, Databricks (cloud-based data solutions exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Manage and expand partnerships with Databricks sales and services teams
• Develop strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
• Build and maintain a strong, active sales funnel and CRM tracking
• Lead client outreach efforts including cold calls and relationship development
• Grow and manage client accounts to identify new Databricks use cases
• Conduct competitive market research to inform positioning and strategy
• Represent the firm at events to drive awareness and build relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and delivery success
Senior Sales Executive, Databricks (cloud-based data solutions exp. req.) Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience selling cloud-based data platforms/solutions required
• Strategic understanding of various cloud-based data warehouse platforms/solutions required
• Exposure to the Databricks platform required
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office required
• Willingness/ability to travel 30–40% is required
