Salary: $60,000 + 30% Bonus Potential + Company Vehicle (for work & personal use)

Travel: Regular travel between branches (set your own schedule, w/in ~1 hr drive each)

Area Store Manager Description

Our client in the water treatment supply industry is looking for an Area Store Manager to join their team near Winter Springs, or Vero Beach, FL. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in your own store location, plus two additional stores, manage performance standards, and drive compliance with company policies across all (3) locations. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership and sales operations background, working with contractors, industrial wholesale, drainage/piping or automotive retail industry, with multi-location management experience and a proactive approach to team development. Area Store Manager Responsibilities

•    Oversee daily operations and performance across (3) locations
•    Train and mentor store managers to improve efficiency and leadership skills
•    Monitor sales and compliance, addressing discrepancies as needed
•    Develop and communicate performance standards and sales targets
•    Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance operations
•    Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly
•    Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
•    Manage branch visits and oversee employee work schedules
•    Handle hiring, interviewing, and employee development initiatives

Area Store Manager Qualifications

•    2+ years of sales and operational team management (5+ employees) required
•    Proven leadership and employee development skills required
•    Multi-location management experience required
•    Experience with contractors, industrial wholesale, piping, or automotive retail required
•    Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software required
•    Valid driver’s license required
