Maintenance Manager – PLC/HMI Responsibilities
• Apply preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies effectively
• Improve equipment reliability to maximize uptime and reduce costs
• Lead maintenance activities, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Work with engineers, maintenance, and operators to improve processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and performance issues as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure adherence to ISO system requirements
• Develop and implement reliability programs to support business goals
• Drive plant capacity improvements
• Lead and support the maintenance and electrical teams to ensure strong safety performance
Maintenance Manager – PLC/HMI Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI experience required
• 5+ years of training, mentoring, and/or supervisory experience required
• Mechanical maintenance (i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature, pressure, controls, troubleshooting, etc.) experience required
