Salary: $60,000 + Metric-Based Bonuses + $400/month (can use towards insurance costs)

Business Development / Sales Development & Outreach Specialist Description

Our client, a leader in commercial building services, is looking for a Business Development Representative to add to their team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will focus on cold calling and following up on warm leads via phone and email, with occasional on-site visits to local customers. Reporting to the Owner, you'll nurture existing accounts (40%) and prospect for new business (60%), helping grow the company's customer base and keeping it top of mind when in need of their services. The ideal candidate is energetic, skilled at building relationships, and enjoys networking. Business Development / Sales Development & Outreach Specialist Responsibilities

•    Build long-term relationships with current customers
•    Generate leads and conduct follow up until hand off to sales to close
•    Make in-person monthly client visits to top accounts
•    Identify new verticals and initiate a marketing campaign to target new opportunities
•    Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential leads
•    Attend networking events as necessary to grow lead potential
•    Host Lunch and Learn Presentations for prospective clients
•    Update CRM with all existing and potential client activities
•    Contribute to content creation for marketing communications

Business Development / Sales Development & Outreach Specialist Qualifications

•    2+ years of business development, lead generation, networking, or sales experience required
•    Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
•    Willingness/ability to visit customer-sites locally required (Company Car + Gas provided)
