Reporting to the Paid Search Director, you'll manage paid search campaigns, build out attribution models, and optimize local SEO strategies across a portfolio of healthcare clients. [REMOTE] Performance Marketing Specialist (Agency exp req) Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns for healthcare clients
• Build and analyze GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM-integrated attribution models
• Conduct keyword audits, prune negative keywords, and track ROAS & CPL
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking for forms, calls, and CRM uploads
• Create dashboards integrating Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, and CRM data
• Execute local SEO strategies and GBP optimization for multi-location clients
• Collaborate with SEO/content teams to support technical and on-page SEO
• Support paid social campaigns and manage Meta Pixel tracking
• Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate offline conversion tracking
[REMOTE] Performance Marketing Specialist (Agency exp req) Qualifications
• 2+ years of PPC & SEO digital marketing experience in an agency environment required
• 2+ years of Analytics and Conversion tracking experience required
• Google Ads and Google Tag Manager experience required
• Call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail, Invoca) experience required
• Strong GA4 and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) experience required
• Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization required
