Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Description

Our client in the industrial parts industry is looking for a Customer Support /Order Entry Specialist to join their team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor and process orders received via phone, fax, email, or in person. The ideal candidate will have prior customer support experience and excellent organizational skills.  While a mechanical aptitude is a plus, our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative to be successful in this role. Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Responsibilities

•    Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement
•    Recommend products based on customer needs
•    Accurately enter and process customer orders
•    Monitor and follow up on order statuses
•    Build strong relationships with customers
•    Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
•    Process returns and exchanges
•    Maintain accurate and legible customer records
•    Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer needs
•    Stay informed on new products, vendor updates, and industry trends
