FP&A Analyst (2+ Yrs. Financial or Pricing Analysis Req.) – Hybrid Description
Our client, a private equity-backed global manufacturer, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports the FP&A Director in budgeting, reporting, and delivering data-driven insights that drive corporate decision-making. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to M&A activity, integration projects, and high-visibility company initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills and a sharp mindset for financial analysis with large datasets. FP&A Analyst (2+ Yrs. Financial or Pricing Analysis Req.) – Hybrid Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct pricing and margin analysis using established formats
• Contribute to the preparation of executive-level financial reports and dashboards
• Analyze customer profitability and product margins
• Maintain and improve day-to-day reporting tools and processes
• Perform data-heavy analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across divisions
• Assist with integration activities related to M&A
• Manage components of internal and external reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform planning and decisions
FP&A Analyst (2+ Yrs. Financial or Pricing Analysis Req.) – Hybrid Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 2+ years of financial analysis or pricing analysis experience required
• Advanced Excel & data analysis skills leveraging large data sets are required
• Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week is required
