Customer Support Coordinator (exp. or desire to learn accounts receivable req.) Description

Our client, a family-owned commercial and residential services company, is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team in Shrewsbury, MA. This is a dual role with about 70% of your time in more of a customer service capacity with the balance of your time on A/R and collections. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages with customers looking to schedule service appointments or making general inquiries. Since you will serve as the bridge between customers and their field technicians, this role requires strong attention to detail and organization. Whether you have A/R experience or are excited to expand your skillset, this would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having more versatility in their day. While you will support collections, this is not a challenging environment where you will be reaching out to tough customers to handle balance disputes. Customer Support Coordinator (exp. or desire to learn accounts receivable req.) Responsibilities

•    Support customers in scheduling new appointments
•    Communicate with field techs and edit service orders 
•    Collaborate with sales team for new customer onboarding
•    Handle calls and monitor emails for new leads and inquiries 
•    Verify and update information in the system
•    Help oversee accounts receivable and review daily reports 
•    Process A/R payments and contact customers with overdue balances
•    Review payments daily and monthly for commercial and residential accounts 
•    Update AR report and communicate with Operations Manager regularly 
•    Nurture a culture-focused, inclusive environment amongst office staff  

Customer Support Coordinator (exp. or desire to learn accounts receivable req.) Qualifications

•    2 years of office-based customer service experience required 
•    Experience or desire to learn basic accounts receivable activities required 
•    Comfortable learning new technologies required 
•    Ability to work onsite required
