IT Business Analyst (1+ Yr User Story Creation Exp. Req.) Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business users to capture workflows and system requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, process maps, and related project documentation
• Document current and future-state business processes for digital transformation initiatives
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for IT teams
• Facilitate discussions to align business and technical stakeholders
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
• Assist with user acceptance testing and validate business needs
• Prepare training materials and support user onboarding
• Maintain project documentation and track deliverables
IT Business Analyst (1+ Yr User Story Creation Exp. Req.) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ years of IT Business Analyst experience with a focus on creating user stories is required
• Strong skills in process documentation and stakeholder communication are required
• Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT (2–4 days per week) and travel up to 15% is required
