Sales Representative – Commercial Building Services Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits and assess building service needs
• Develop scopes of work and estimates for maintenance and restoration projects
• Secure contracts and coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor job site progress
• Maintain high client satisfaction through project quality and consistent communication
• Manage scopes from initial bid through project completion
• Attend regular team meetings and collaborate cross-functionally
• Leverage internal data from inspection and service reports to proactively identify opportunities
• Travel locally for client and job site visits
Sales Representative – Commercial Building Services Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• 2+ years of commercial building services or construction trade industry experience required
• Strong communication and follow-up skills required
• Proficiency in MS Excel required
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
