Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 DOE + Benefits

Our client, a well-established jewelry design and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team in Torrance, CA. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely two days per week. As Account Manager, you'll take the lead on managing the company’s largest and most high-profile retail account — overseeing everything from day-to-day communication with buyers to preparing sales materials, tracking deliverables, and driving account growth. You'll work closely with internal teams, including the Creative Director, to ensure products align with trends, sales data, and client expectations. The ideal candidate brings experience managing domestic and international retail partners, ideally in jewelry or accessories, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Account Manager (Hybrid; Jewelry/Accessories Industry exp req) Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client’s buyers
• Brainstorm and present new products and sales strategies
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Develop and refine account strategies to drive sales growth and meet key client objectives
• Recommend product selections and identify trends
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client’s product requirements and deadlines are met
• Prepare and deliver sales materials, including line sheets, presentations, and sales reports
• Oversee the sales sample process, including organizing shipments and tracking returns
• Ensure product content is accurate and brand-consistent
• Manage product submissions and approvals
• Support client events with necessary materials and coordination
• Stay up to date on industry trends
Account Manager (Hybrid; Jewelry/Accessories Industry exp req) Qualifications
• 3+ years of Account Management experience required
• 3+ years of jewelry or accessory wholesale experience required
• Experience working with domestic and international buyers required
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM experience required
