Executive Personal Assistant Description

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support their high-energy CEO. This hybrid role is split roughly 60/40 between personal and professional tasks, requiring someone who’s proactive, organized, and thrives in an ever-changing environment. One day you might be coordinating travel and preparing for a client event; the next, you’re driving the CEO’s two school-aged kids to practice or picking up supplies for the company apartment. The ideal candidate is upbeat, flexible, and comfortable switching gears quickly while maintaining confidentiality and composure. You’ll need your own reliable transportation, as local errands and appointments are part of the weekly rhythm. This isn’t your typical corporate EA position—you won’t be stuck in meetings all day, but instead trusted to take initiative and keep things moving behind the scenes. The role offers schedule fluidity, room for creativity, and the chance to be part of a collaborative team with a lively, dog-friendly office culture. It’s a great fit for someone early in their career or attending college part-time who is eager to grow, stay busy, and make a real impact. If you're energized by variety and love being the person who keeps everything on track, this could be the perfect fit!
