Manager – Team of Sales Representatives Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals with CRO support
• Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of a team of 15+ sales professionals
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships
• Manage sales activities for a limited number of key accounts
• Work with CRO on sales budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives
• Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize team performance and pipeline tracking
• Responsible for sales team meeting budget and profitability goals
• Represent the company at 1-2 trade shows and industry conferences
Manager – Team of Sales Representatives Qualifications
• 2+ years of successful sales experience required
• 2+ years of sales team leadership and development experience required
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets required
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel required
• Strong communication, sales data/trend analysis and strategic planning required
