Project Manager (architectural project management exp. req.) Description
Our client is seeking a Project Architect to join their team in Everett, WA. In this critical role, you will work alongside their property management team on multi-housing building renovations and improvements while also supporting the ongoing construction of new developments. They are working on a new build every two years having already broken ground on their current project ($70M). To support this build, you will collaborate and guide the work of the architectural firms, interior designers, and subcontractors they partner with. Project Manager (architectural project management exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Serve as the project architect on smaller design and tenant improvement projects
• Use design software to create space planning concepts for office suites
• Collaborate with architectural firms, designers, and subcontractors on development projects
• Prepare and review project scopes and proposals for accuracy
• Review technical specifications and generate contract documents
• Conduct field visits to ensure projects are moving within time and quality standards
• Partner with property management teams on building renovations
• Support leasing agents by designing space planning concepts for office and retail suites
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Nurture a collaborative environment including mentorship and support
Project Manager (architectural project management exp. req.) Qualifications
• Architecture degree required
• 5+ years of post-degree architectural experience required
• Construction project management background required
• Design experience required
