Project Manager – Manufacturing & Customer Programs Description
Our client, a specialty chemical manufacturer supporting commercial, military, and aerospace customers, is continuing to grow and looking to add a Project Manager to their program management team. In this role, you’ll oversee 2–6 customer programs at a time, with contracts ranging from $5K to several million dollars. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment and is looking to take on a larger scope. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, and operations while helping drive projects from initial discussions through completion. You’ll be reporting to a highly collaborative and easy-to-work-with leader who gives his team the autonomy to make an impact while still providing the support they need to be successful. For someone who enjoys variety and complexity in their day-to-day, this is an interesting opportunity given how unique their products are, combined with the ability to make a meaningful impact in an organization without the large corporate feel.
