Senior Program Manager (leadership & 7 yrs. program management exp. req.) Description

Our client, a well-established chemical manufacturer, is looking to expand their program management department (5 team members; 120 company-wide) as they continue to grow across both commercial and defense markets. To support upcoming contracts, they're hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead 2–8 programs at a time, with contracts ranging from $5K to several million dollars. To be considered, you’ll need proven experience leading teams, writing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations in an industrial setting. For those who enjoy more diversity and complexity in their day, this could be an exciting environment given the nicheness (and innovation) of their products. With clients in aerospace, mining, and oil & gas coupled with a product portfolio that makes them standout in the market, you can feel secure about making this transition given their loyal and diverse clientele. This would be the perfect fit for someone who values professional development, stability, and an easy-going, people-first culture.
