Our client in luxury retail is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team on Long Island near Manhasset, NY - a convenient ride from Manhattan, and located 1 block away from LIRR stop. You’ll build and execute strategic content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube – partnering closely with creative, eCommerce, and merchandise experts to create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos. You will lead community engagement, analyze platform performance, and stay ahead of social trends. The ideal candidate brings creativity, executional strength, and a sharp eye for analytics. Social Media Manager (retail, D2C brand exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Build and manage content calendar across key social platforms
•    Lead daily community engagement and conversation across channels
•    Create and publish posts, stories, reels, and video content
•    Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
•    Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and align messaging
•    Stay current on trends, platform changes, and relevant cultural moments

Social Media Manager (retail, D2C brand exp. req.) Qualifications

•    4+ years of social media management & community engagement experience required
•    Experience managing platforms for a retail/D2C/consumer-facing brand required
•    Strong writing and creative skills for social media content required
•    Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite required
•    Familiarity with Later, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools required
•    Experience with social analytics tools such as Zoho, native insights, or Google Analytics required
•    Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects required
