Our client, a boutique digital web design agency, is seeking an English-Speaking Web Design Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a foundation in web design and development who is ready to transition into a strategic and client-facing role. As the bridge between clients and creative teams, you will lead web projects from planning to post-launch while ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. You’ll work closely with clients to define their goals, shape their content, and translate their needs into action for your internal teams. 

To be successful, you must be fluent in English, a proactive organizer with aesthetic sensibility, a keen eye for clean, contemporary design, and a clear communicator. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of web production, project management, and client-facing experience. [Remote] Web Design Project Manager (English Fluency Req) Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
•    Define project goals and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
•    Lead stand-up meetings and track daily project goals
•    Translate client needs into actionable plans for creative and technical teams
•    Prepare decks, notes, and goals for client meetings
•    Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
•    Maintain post-launch support and identify upsell opportunities
•    Track tasks using project management tools
•    Develop content checklists and guide content planning processes
•    Recommend solutions that align with business goals
•    Represent agency capabilities and stay current on digital trends

[Remote] Web Design Project Manager (English Fluency Req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of front-end website design/development experience required
•    Client-facing and project management experience required
•    WordPress CMS website development experience required
•    Strong copywriting (writing or editing marketing copy) skills required
•    Basic Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools experience required
•    Clear-Conversational English Fluency required
