Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to join their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will lead the global movement of essential parts, test units, and completed hardware products -- ensuring shipments are executed on time, with accuracy, and in compliance with international regulations. You’ll manage daily logistics operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the seamless delivery of high-performance hardware solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in semiconductor logistics, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Hybrid - Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist Responsibilities

•    Manage e-commerce order fulfillment process
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support order processing & shipping
•    Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments
•    Track shipments and proactively address delivery issues or delays 
•    Collaborate with vendors to manage schedules, resolve service issues, and negotiate pricing
•    Drive continuous improvement
•    Prepare shipping documents 
•    Support customs clearance processes
•    Maintain logistics records and update ERP & inventory systems 
•    Monitor costs and assist with invoice reconciliation and reporting

Hybrid - Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    3+ years of logistics experience required
•    Semiconductor industry experience required
•    Strong international shipping and customs regulations experience required
•    ERP experience required
